In its first phase, Cyan volunteers worked alongside local residents to map
existing water points, identify those in need of repair, and train community
members in simple maintenance. Families also learned practical home water
treatment — boiling, filtering, and safe storage — so that clean water stays
clean from the tap to the cup.
Reliable access to safe water is the foundation of a healthy community. By
building local capacity rather than one-off fixes, Cyan is making sure these
gains last well beyond the launch.
